Agreement

By accessing or using Karl (operated by Monde AI), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

The service

Karl is a tool that helps teams produce structured specifications and agent handoffs by aggregating context from connected third-party services. We provide the service “as is” and may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Karl. By connecting third-party services, you grant us permission to access your data through their APIs solely to provide our service. We do not claim ownership of your code, tickets, documents, or designs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monde AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
